Refund policy


1. Cancellation & Returns (Cooling-off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to notify us if you wish to cancel. After you notify us, you then have a further 14 calendar days to return the item.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:

Unworn, unwashed, unaltered (other than trying on).

All original tags and labels still attached in their original position.

Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, pet hair, stains, odours, or other marks.

If sold as part of a set or bundle (e.g. co-ords), the full set must be returned together.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your return (or proof of postage), we’ll process your refund — including the standard delivery cost — within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges
If you prefer a different size or colour, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. The process is:

  1. Submit a return request through your account.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send out the replacement item.


5. Who Pays for Return Shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return postage.

If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the cost of sending it back. (In those cases, a return shipping fee of £2.95 applies.)

6. How to Return an Item / Request an Exchange

  1. Log in to your account and locate your order.

  2. Click Request Return for the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. We will review your request and send you instructions for returns.

  4. Package the item securely, following the conditions above.

  5. Post it back to us using the address we provide.

7. Your Legal Rights
These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
