Shipping policy


 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
During busy seasons or sale events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your order’s progress on the courier’s website.

Delays

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (such as weather, customs, or courier issues) may occur.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Modest Garments is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by their country.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days after dispatch or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at modestgarmentsuk@gmail.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate the issue with our shipping partner and make it right.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed status may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
